October is National Principal Appreciation Month!
Today we are honoring Mary Wood from CLO 6th Grade Center.
When asked what her favorite thing about being a principal was she responded: "My favorite thing(s) about being a principal...my answer is twofold. Firstly, I enjoy the interaction of working in a school family. When a driven group of people are working together with a common purpose - my day is fun and fulfilling. I love working with all stakeholders to reach a goal: staff, students, parents and community. Secondly, I love learning! I get to walk through classrooms and witness amazing teachers using engaging strategies AND I get to watch students get excited about new knowledge and skills. BEST JOB EVER!"
